Terms of Service & Acceptable Telemetry Use
Terms and conditions governing the access, evaluation, and operational deployment of GuardianVigil tools, IntelStack pre-release builds, and research intelligence feeds.
1. Acceptance & Authorized Use
By accessing GuardianVigil web consoles, API endpoints, or software repositories, you agree to comply with these terms. You represent and warrant that your access is strictly for authorized defensive security operations, threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis, or academic research.
2. Prohibited Exploitative Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using GuardianVigil threat data, indicators, or detonation enclaves to:
- Execute unauthorized penetration tests against systems without documented owner authorization.
- Develop, test, or evade malware, ransomware, or offensive exploits against third parties.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate-limits and access controls on GuardianVigil infrastructure.
3. Intellectual Property & Open Source
Open-source repositories published by GuardianVigil are distributed under their respective open-source licenses (e.g., Apache 2.0, MIT). All proprietary trademarks, design systems, IntelStack console assets, and analytical methodologies remain the exclusive property of GuardianVigil.
